My work experience so far has afforded me the opportunity to train a group of ex-miners from the SADC region on strategic planning development. In addition to that I have had the chance to apply conceptual thinking in meticulously analyzing and reviewing health policy documents with good precision. I have also been able to design, execute and evaluate research projects; among notable projects is the assessment of the livelihoods project for people living with HIV and AIDS in Harare, and the assessment on HIV prevalence and risk behaviors among the prison population in Zimbabwe. I believe that the three key principles for effective teamwork are respect towards each team member, accountability and commitment to set goals.
