Hie guys I am Memory Alifanti aged 19 and I celebrate my birthday every 30th of April .I’m a singer and rapper and was born and raised in Kwekwe in a family of 9 including my late brother Ali Alifanti .My music type is R’n’B, hip hop and a bit of dancehall thou I want to change it to jazz music because it’s more mature that both parents & children can listen to it. Even people out of Zimbabwe can easily relate to that genre of music. I was born in a family of music so they are my inspiration. My journey with StarBrite so far has been exciting one, I’ve learnt a lot of staff and met new people who have groomed and helped me in making myself a better artist and to be proud of who I am and appreciate the gift that I was blessed with.
StarBrite final's bootcamp was incredible because we got to learn more about life and career and how important it is to work hard for one to be successful. Life is full of challenges and without them there is no life. So in order to conquer we learnt never to contemplate, quitting and also that the most important thing is to manage time.
We had so much fun because we shared the same vision and became one family in music with the other contestants. So being around the people who understand you, and also support what I do really helped me as I gained confidence and learnt never to underrate the talent in me. We did video and photo shootings, met Zimbabwean celebrities who shared their backgrounds and honestly we learnt a lot from StarBrite.
