My name is Silas Muchemwa born in a family of 4 and I am the last born I am a singer, music composer, a guitarist, keyboard player and as well as a student at Kwekwe polytechnic doing a diploma in transport management and logistics. My home area is Mrewa in Mashonaland east, Zimbabwe. My hobbies are singing, playing soccer, nature viewing, and reading novels. I am 26 years old and still single .Thank you all for the support!
Firstly and far most l would like to thank StarBrite for your love. I had a nice time at Mabvazuva village in Msasa, Harare and managed to learn a lot from different artists like Cynthia Mare, Hope Masike and other business personnel who attended the boot camp.
Lessons learnt include being strong, loving others, being brave and dedication in whatever I do. Also another key lesson I learnt is that education is very crucial in the music industry and in order to succeed sacrifice is required for you to achieve better results.
Coming on the issue of food and accommodation, StarBrite offered good comfort and this explains why I woke up late on the 22nd of November and special credit goes to Mr Mpariwa, thank you for everything and your team, Mr Mutsago, Linda, Lisa and the music team. “Haa fambai nebhora muri kuseri kwekumberi”. I am now just waiting for the day I finally become a star. I was about to be penalized due to my excuses at school and work but haa rwendo tafamba kusvika kumagumo”.
