Over 16yrs in the showbiz as a DJ, musician and experience in club management.  The most memorable event of my career was when l took part in the StarBrite programme in the 90s.Thousands came for the auditions and I couldn't believe it when I qualified for the finals together with my partner(Ibaad Phiri).Other guys who qualified(Mateo, Tendai Chidarikire, Kireni Zulu etc.)  Grand stage-Performing in front of a capacity crowd with a live band for the first time, backed by big names in the industry, Kelly Rusike (bass), Bothwell Nyamhondera (drums) and Themba Gumbo (guitar) was a learning experience that helped to shape our careers. We performed our original song   'So craze' it was a house track.       Life after StarBrite-taking part in StarBrite opened up a lot of avenues for us. We worked with Mateo in 1998 on his song 'Watoda Rugare'.

In 2002,we released our debut single' kufamba famba' with my friends (Dj black Supreme and Robbie Nyamvundu)It was a house track and it did fairly well on the DJs roadshow on the then Radio 3(Power FM) We were also introduced into TV acting by a guy called Nicholas Mazenda(late).

Between 2002 and 2005 we recorded two albums and we haven't released them up-to-date.

Dj Black Supreme left the country for South Africa and he is still a Dj down south. Robbie joined the force and I decided to concentrate on my djaing career, club management and music promotion.

As a Dj i have played alongside big names like Mr cool’ Kudzi Marudza, Chuman and D-Train (Huggiez Entertainment) on several occasions.
